We had originally listed our home “For Sale by Owner” on Zillow. Tein Hlwa was one of the MANY realtors that called. My listing contract with another realtor expired on 12/31/21. The following morning, Saturday, New Year’s Day, I received a call from Tein Hlwa and agreed to meet and discuss listing with his team. This might provide some insight into his assertive and motivated approach to his business. It was obvious immediately that Tein had done his homework. There had been a fair number of listings / sales in the neighborhood and Tein demonstrated that our property was likely priced above the market, and he showed how our property built in 1957 would compare specifically to other recent sales and their various state of condition and updating needs. Tein was very helpful in advising how we could accentuate the positive, specifically he thought if the wall to wall carpet were removed, the hardwood floors would be an attractive feature for many potential buyers. Tein was proactive in communicating market conditions through email, voice, text, etc. When offers came in with conditions, he provided excellent advice on countering, helping us to avoid additional costs. He and his staff are connected with contractors and coordinated a few repairs and services we agreed to take care of at the buyer’s request. At the end of the day, we accepted an offer that was in the range that Tein projected and was 2% less that his listing price. Our contract with Tein did not include any specific time frame, but he "hoped we would give him 90 days". By my count we had the contract in less than 60 days and closed right at 90 days.

What can I say? TEIN was an excellent agent! From being patient with my slow to pull the trigger sale, to going under contract on the house within 28 hours. TEIN fought for the best deal for us and got it. The selling process was seamless and amazingly easy. He is the agent you want to list for you!
