    Tein was great from the beginning to the end. He helped us sell our home in Suffolk. He helped us get reasonably priced contractors to help us prep the home and even took care of getting a cleaner out so it was ready to be listed. The market was changing as we listed, so it took a little longer than expected; however, we got the home under contract within the 1st month. Unfortunately, the first buyers backed out due to the home inspection, and Tein guided us through coming back on the market properly and getting multiple offers. Tein was able to get the buyer to buy the home as-is and with an info-only inspection, with the exception of repairs we were already working on from the first inspection.We got a little less that list price; however, we got the amount we were looking for. Highly recommend chatting with him if you are thinking of buying or selling.

    Tein was great from the beginning to the end. He helped us buy our first home in Suffolk. He was referred to me by someone else who also had a great experience working with him. We looked at many properties throughout Hampton Roads together and never felt rushed or pushed to purchase. He was very educational on what to look out for as we walked through each property, which helped a ton. From when we started searching to closing, Tein set expectations on what we could expect with the process. We were ultimately able to get our dream home, and the best part of it all is we got all of our closing costs covered, repairs done by sellers and as well 5k additional that we were able to use to pay off some debt.     Tein helped to make what I thought wasn’t likely to become a reality. I wasn’t sure I was ready to be a home owner but his perseverance, experience, and negotiation skills proved me wrong. He also had recommendations and contact numbers for any service I wanted/needed for the home. Even after closing on the home, he was still willing to help with any questions I had. I really appreciate all of his help and diligence in this process and would recommend him to anyone looking or even interested in purchasing a home.
